All eyes were on Clinton and Trump as they battled it out in the first presidential debate.

The first post-debate poll in Florida has come out by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research. It puts Clinton ahead of Trump by 4 points: 46%-42%. She previously was ahead of Trump in Florida by just 2 points.

Clinton’s debate performance may be what helped her to bump up in the polls. In a CNN/ORC poll, 62% of voters who watched the debate thought Clinton won, while 27% thought the same about Trump.

Since the Mason-Dixon poll has a margin of error of 3.5 points, this comes as a guaranteed success for Clinton.

The stakes in Florida are extremely high for the candidates. According to Politico, if Trump loses Florida, he has almost no chance of winning the election.
